PROPERTY OWNER AGREEMENT
An agreement is signed between SAHASRA and property owner wherein SAHASRA takes the responsibility of property for its services.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
We check the status of property on quarterly basis and if required we get it repaired through a team of
exclusive vendors for painting, plumbing, woodwork, etc.
MARKETING
We do proper advertisement through multiple channels to search the tenants. We also have a corporate
tie ups which helps in leasing the property.
PROPERTY ACCOUNT
We create a SAHASRA account for you to check the status of your property online through the login credentials provided by us.
UTILITIES PAYMENT
We keep you in loop and informed regarding any property/tax bills, water/electricity bills etc. and if required we pay all the bills on your behalf.
RENTING/LEASING
We will take care of every tenant who is interested in your property and become the single point of
contact for anything related to the property. We make sure proper tenant background check and verification has been done before renting your property.
